Did you know that not all investment advisors have a "fiduciary duty"
to put client needs ahead of their own? As a Registered Investment Adviser,
we do.
Did you know that some advisors receive payment through commissions,
12b-1 fees, transaction fees or other sources that could motivate the
selection of investment products or inflate costly trading activity? We
are paid by asset-based fees only. (See pages 7-8 in our Client Disclosure
Statement for details)
Did you know that some investment advisors manage all client portfolios
identically in a manner that may suit some, but not all clients? We offer
customized portfolios and individualized services, understanding that
your personal objectives and requirements should be the primary factors
determining portfolio structure.
Did you know that not all custodians offer the same degree of protection?
We offer safekeeping of your assets at Fidelity Institutional Brokerage
Services, or at another custodian of your choice.
Did you know that communication from advisors to their clients varies
widely? In addition to the monthly brokerage statements from the
custodian, our clients receive our own quarterly portfolio reports,
interim correspondence about the markets and a quarterly newsletter.
Portfolio review meetings are offered on a quarterly basis but can
occur more often when the need arises. Also, you can view your
portfolio on line at any time.
Did you know that a solid investment approach alone will not
safeguard your finances adequately? We are not a "financial planner"
but we will be prepared to discuss broader wealth management issues
with you. We are available to meet with your other trusted advisors
and can assist you in locating advisors for your estate planning,
accounting or insurance needs.
